One of the highly recognized and renowned Oil Company in India had an innovative idea to expand its business with the diversified product. The process of mapping its product offering to meet the customer need was the most important and difficult challenge faced by the company. We have identified strategies and effective methods to find out the pulse of the customer and what the customer wants. To re-position the brand in the market, to improve the branding value of the product in the market and to connect the brand to the customer was our achievement and our target.
Our Methodology:
The client wanted to enter into a new category in the market. Due to the tough competition from the already established players, resistance from the customer due to unsatisfied customer requirements was the major challenges for the company. The modes to maintain effective communication was one of the key issues for the company since the target segment was not big but a selected one.

The company started their business long time back and decided to close its business operation due to focus on their Oil business. When they started to restart the business, the customer started to raise questions to the company that this time they will run the show and not wind up. Building trust between the company and their customers was another challenge for us.
